All payments (cash, check or credit card) can be made in person at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center, Newton. A drop box is also located on the outside of the Town Hall. Or payments can be mailed to:

Paying your Water/Garbage Bill:
Please include the Account # on the invoice line. If you do not include your account # the payment will not be applied to the account.

Paying your Building Permit:
Please include the Permit # on the invoice line, and email the Town Clerk (newtonclerk@newtonutah.gov) a screenshot of your completed payment for faster processing.
